目的：對(duì)糖尿病足潰瘍中面積和體積計(jì)算的方法學(xué)的臨床應(yīng)用進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。方法：廣泛查閱文獻(xiàn),并結(jié)合我們的實(shí)際，對(duì)計(jì)算糖尿病足潰瘍中面積和體積的各種方法效果進(jìn)行綜合分析。結(jié)果：目前常用于計(jì)算糖尿病足潰瘍面積的方法有公式法、數(shù)碼照像計(jì)算法、無(wú)菌薄膜勾邊法等，但以數(shù)碼照像計(jì)算法更準(zhǔn)確，更易被患者接受；目前常用于計(jì)算糖尿病足潰瘍體積的方法有公式法、媒介填充法、CT足部掃描法等，但以媒介填充法更經(jīng)濟(jì)易行。結(jié)論：數(shù)碼照像計(jì)算法是目前較好的用于測(cè)量糖尿病足潰瘍面積的方法，而媒介填充法是較簡(jiǎn)便易行的測(cè)量糖尿病足潰瘍體積的方法。
