目的探討腸系膜上動脈壓迫綜合征(SMAS)并發(fā)Wernicke腦病(WE)的病因、診斷及治療。方法
回顧性分析我院1999年1月至2009年12月期間收治的11例SMAS并發(fā)WE患者的臨床資料。結(jié)果 9例精神意識障礙患者中8例逐漸清醒，精神意識恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間為7 d~9 周，平均5.2 周; 1例患者因病情重出現(xiàn)多臟器功能衰竭而死亡。另2例患者眼肌麻痹、共濟(jì)失調(diào)癥狀改善。所有共濟(jì)失調(diào)、眼球震顫、耳鳴、惡心、出汗等癥狀均逐漸消失，其中5例患者眼球震顫消失時(shí)間為3 h~4 d，平均2.3 d; 4例患者共濟(jì)失調(diào)消失時(shí)間為3 d~12 周，平均7.0 周; 6例有耳鳴、惡心、出汗表現(xiàn)的患者經(jīng)治療后癥狀在1周內(nèi)均消失。結(jié)論提高對SMAS并發(fā)WE的認(rèn)識，有利于早診斷、早干預(yù)，有助于改善患者的預(yù)后。
