腹主動(dòng)脈瘤（AAA）腔內(nèi)修復(fù)術(shù)（EVAR）是目前大動(dòng)脈病變腔內(nèi)治療最成熟的技術(shù)之一。AAA EVAR術(shù)后內(nèi)漏指支架型血管置入后，在支架型血管腔外、被曠置的瘤體及鄰近血管腔內(nèi)出現(xiàn)持續(xù)性血流的現(xiàn)象［1~3］。內(nèi)漏是AAA EVAR術(shù)后最為常見(jiàn)、對(duì)療效影響很大的并發(fā)癥，其發(fā)生率大約15%～50%［4］。內(nèi)漏可導(dǎo)致瘤體進(jìn)一步增大甚至破裂。目前，內(nèi)漏的機(jī)理尚不完全明確，診斷與治療方面也存在爭(zhēng)議?，F(xiàn)根據(jù)我院臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)，結(jié)合近年來(lái)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道探討AAA EVAR術(shù)后內(nèi)漏的診治。......
