目的 探討異位胰腺的臨床特點(diǎn)。方法 回顧性分析解放軍第306醫(yī)院1996年10月至2004年12月收治的11例異位胰腺患者的臨床資料。結(jié)果 異位胰腺組織位于胃小彎1例，胃竇3例，空腸2例，回腸2例，膽囊壁1例，肝左外葉膽管壁1例，膽總管壁1例。表現(xiàn)為間歇性下消化道出血2例，因反復(fù)腹痛、發(fā)熱,行鋇餐檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)空腸憩室而診斷為空腸憩室炎1例，膽囊息肉樣病變、急性膽囊炎伴膽源性胰腺炎1例，肝膽管結(jié)石并反復(fù)急性膽管炎1例，膽總管占位性病變1例，余5例無明顯癥狀和體征。11例術(shù)前均未考慮異位胰腺，其中10例為腹部手術(shù)偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)， 1例為胃鏡活檢證實(shí)。11例異位胰腺均單發(fā)，直徑為0.5～1.8 cm。結(jié)論 異位胰腺雖然少見，在胃腸道和膽道疾病的鑒別診斷中對(duì)該病應(yīng)予重視。
