目的研究胃癌組織中CD44v6的表達(dá)以及與腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移和預(yù)后的關(guān)系。
方法應(yīng)用流式細(xì)胞免疫技術(shù)對52例胃癌組織中CD44v6的表達(dá)進(jìn)行檢測,分析CD44v6的表達(dá)與臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。
結(jié)果新鮮胃癌組織及距癌灶3 cm遠(yuǎn)處的正常胃黏膜組織(經(jīng)病理檢查證實(shí))中CD44v6的表達(dá)陽性率分別為67.31%(35/52)和25.00(13/52),前者明顯高于后者(P<0.01)。CD44v6的表達(dá)陽性率與胃癌浸潤深度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移及pTNM分期有關(guān)(P<0.05)。
結(jié)論檢測胃癌組織中CD44v6的表達(dá)對判斷胃癌的浸潤、轉(zhuǎn)移及病期進(jìn)展情況有一定的價(jià)值,CD44v6可作為一個(gè)預(yù)測胃癌轉(zhuǎn)移潛能和胃癌患者預(yù)后的病理生物學(xué)指標(biāo)之一。
