目的  了解乳腺浸潤性導管癌中雌激素調(diào)節(jié)蛋白（PS2）和谷胱甘肽S轉移酶π（GSTπ）的表達及其對預后和治療的指導作用。
方法  用標記的鏈親和素生物素（LSAB）免疫組化法對210例乳腺浸潤性導管癌患者的石蠟標本進行PS2和GSTπ的檢測。
結果  PS2的表達陽性率為49.5%，GSTπ的表達陽性率為48.1%。術后5年和10年生存率從高到低依次為PS2表達陽性／GSTπ表達陰性組、PS2表達陽性／GSTπ表達陽性組、PS2表達陰性／GSTπ表達陰性組和PS2表達陰性／GSTπ表達陽性組。
結論  PS2表達陽性／GSTπ表達陰性組患者的預后最好，PS2表達陽性／GSTπ表達陽性組和PS2表達陰性/GSTπ表達陽性組患者的預后次之，PS2表達陰性／GSTπ表達陽性組患者的預后最差。因此，在臨床中應根據(jù)患者的情況合理應用內(nèi)分泌治療和化療。
