目的 探討CD44v6與胃癌淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。
方法 采用免疫組化二步法對100例進(jìn)展期胃癌標(biāo)本進(jìn)行標(biāo)記，分析CD44v6與臨床病理及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。
結(jié)果 胃癌原發(fā)灶CD44v6表達(dá)陽性率為64%（64/100）； CD44v6的表達(dá)隨胃癌浸潤深度、周圍淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移而升高。
結(jié)論 CD44v6在胃癌淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移中起著重要作用，可用于早期預(yù)測胃癌的轉(zhuǎn)移潛能和預(yù)后。
