目的  探討VEGF 和c-myc在膽管癌組織中的表達和二者之間的相關(guān)性及其在膽管癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)移中的作用。
方法  應(yīng)用免疫組化ABC法對38例膽管癌組織和20例正常膽管組織中VEGF 和c-myc的表達進行檢測。
結(jié)果  VEGF 和c-myc在膽管癌組織中的表達陽性率分別為84.2%（32/38）和65.8%（25/38），明顯高于正常膽管組織中的表達陽性率〔50.0%（10/20）和20.0%（4/20）〕，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）； VEGF與c-myc的表達呈正相關(guān)（r=0.99, P＜0.01），二者的協(xié)同表達與膽管癌的淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)，而與腫瘤的分級無關(guān)。
結(jié)論  VEGF可能在膽管癌形成、發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)移中與c-myc基因有協(xié)同作用，且與膽管癌的淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。
