目的  觀察肝左區(qū)肝動脈解剖結構,模擬肝左外區(qū)活體肝移植動脈切取方法。
方法  解剖非肝病死亡之成人甲醛固定尸體肝臟標本30例,觀察新鮮成人尸體肝臟鑄型標本30例,測量肝左及左外區(qū)動脈長度、管徑及屬支分布情況。
結果  左半肝動脈的血供來自肝固有動脈、肝左動脈、肝中動脈,肝外迷走動脈支有左膈下動脈、胃左動脈和胃右動脈,并于不同部位發(fā)出后分別進入左外區(qū)上、下段。
結論  左半肝動脈主要有5種類型,因此解剖變異較多,左外區(qū)活體取肝前應仔細研究其結構特點,設計合理的切取模式; 移植前肝動脈需進行必要的整形,以便與受體動脈吻合。
