目的報道腹壁切口疝的診治進展。方法采用文獻回顧的方法，對國內(nèi)、外腹壁切口疝的病因、病理、臨床流行病學資料以及診斷和治療進展加以綜述。 結(jié)果腹壁切口疝是腹部手術(shù)較為常見的并發(fā)癥，嚴重影響患者生活質(zhì)量，致病因素多樣，治療較為復雜。結(jié)論腹壁切口疝重在預防，人工合成材料無張力修補是目前應用廣泛、效果良好的治療手段。
