肝癌中HSP90α的表達(dá)及意義孫水平1吳勝利2耿智敏2牛新捷2楊威2
【摘要】目的研究熱休克蛋白90α(HSP90α)在人肝細(xì)胞性肝癌(HCC)組織中的表達(dá),并探討其與腫瘤生物學(xué)行為及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測(cè)10例正常肝組織、40例HCC組織及其癌旁組織中HSP90α的表達(dá)。結(jié)果HSP90α在正常肝臟、癌旁組織及肝細(xì)胞性肝癌中的表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率分別為10.0%、52.5%及72.5%,在肝細(xì)胞性肝癌中的表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率明顯高于正常肝組織和癌旁組織(P<0.05)。HCC 的HSP90α陽(yáng)性表達(dá)與腫瘤的臨床分期、分化程度、累及漿膜狀況及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移狀況顯著相關(guān)(P<0.05); 而與腫瘤數(shù)目無(wú)關(guān)(P gt;0.05)。HSP90α陰性表達(dá)者的預(yù)后顯著優(yōu)于HSP90α陽(yáng)性表達(dá)者,術(shù)后平均無(wú)瘤生存期前者為38.6個(gè)月,后者為25.5個(gè)月(P<0.05)。結(jié)論HSP90α在肝細(xì)胞性肝癌中的表達(dá)明顯增強(qiáng),HSP90α表達(dá)與HCC的臨床分期、腫瘤分化程度、累及漿膜狀況及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移狀況有關(guān),可作為判斷預(yù)后的指標(biāo)之一。
