淋巴結轉移是胃癌行根治性切除術后轉移和復發(fā)的主要途徑之一,有無淋巴結轉移及轉移淋巴結數目的多少與胃癌的預后密切相關[1]。常規(guī)組織學檢查淋巴結有可能忽略微轉移的存在,這將直接影響著臨床分期的準確性、預后預測以及輔助治療的選擇。為此,我們采用靶向癌胚抗原(CEA)mRNA的巢式逆轉錄聚合酶鏈反應(Nested RTPCR)方法,檢測常規(guī)病理檢查淋巴結陰性胃癌的淋巴結微轉移情況并探討其臨床意義。
