手術(shù)野感染（surgical site infection, SSI）是外科手術(shù)的并發(fā)癥之一。為預(yù)防和減少SSI，采用了不少措施： 提高空氣的潔凈度，良好的患者皮膚準(zhǔn)備和腸道準(zhǔn)備，治療已存在的感染灶，提高術(shù)中防護(hù)，減少術(shù)中污染。預(yù)防性抗生素的使用是重要措施之一。多年實(shí)踐證明，預(yù)防性抗生素使用，可以減低SSI發(fā)生率。近來預(yù)防性抗生素使用已近乎成為常規(guī)了，抗生素用量迅速增長。但如何使用預(yù)防性抗生素在臨床上缺乏統(tǒng)一的認(rèn)識與規(guī)范。
