目的 探討粘附分子CD44v6和E-cadherin表達與甲狀腺乳頭狀癌(PTC)侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移的關系。 方法 應用S-P免疫組織化學方法檢測58例甲狀腺乳頭狀癌組織中CD44v6和E-cadherin的表達。 結(jié)果 甲狀腺乳頭狀癌組織中CD44v6和E-cadherin 表達陽性率分別為72.4%和41.4%; CD44v6表達陽性率與PTC 的侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移呈正相關(P<0.05),而E-cadherin表達陽性率與PTC的侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移呈負相關(P<0.01),且兩種粘附分子在PTC中的陽性表達呈負相關性(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 粘附分子表達與PTC侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關, 檢測CD44v6和Ecadherin 的表達可作為判斷甲狀腺乳頭狀癌預后的參考指標。
