目的 總結(jié)多原發(fā)性大腸癌的臨床特點(diǎn)。 方法 對(duì)我院10年來收治的21例多原發(fā)性大腸癌病例進(jìn)行回顧性分析。
結(jié)果 同時(shí)癌和異時(shí)癌的發(fā)病率分別為1.1%和1.2%。同時(shí)癌中鋇灌腸和纖維結(jié)腸鏡的漏診率分別為80.0%和40.0%，術(shù)中探查準(zhǔn)確率為77.8%。腫瘤在發(fā)生部位和病理分期方面與單發(fā)大腸癌無明顯差別，47.6%的病例合并絨毛腺管狀腺瘤，合并直腸腫瘤患者的預(yù)后較差。 結(jié)論 術(shù)前全程腸鏡檢查、術(shù)中全大腸探查及術(shù)后定期纖維結(jié)腸鏡隨診是提高多原發(fā)性大腸癌診斷和預(yù)后的關(guān)鍵。
