目的 評(píng)價(jià)光電容積描記（PPG）對(duì)下肢深靜脈瓣膜功能不全診斷的臨床價(jià)值。方法 用光電容積描記測(cè)定原發(fā)性深靜脈瓣膜功能不全、單純淺靜脈瓣膜功能不全和單純交通靜脈瓣膜功能不全共181例206條肢體的靜脈再充盈時(shí)間（VRT），并與靜脈造影作對(duì)照分析。結(jié)果 以靜脈造影作對(duì)照，PPG診斷下肢靜脈瓣膜功能不全的診斷靈敏度為89.8%，特異性為83.3%。結(jié)論 PPG在檢測(cè)下肢靜脈瓣膜功能不全有重要臨床價(jià)值，具有無創(chuàng)傷、無痛苦、無過敏的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，可作為靜脈造影前的篩選和術(shù)后患者隨訪復(fù)查的重要手段。
