通過對20只大鼠小腸缺血再灌注模型血和腎組織中脂質(zhì)過氧化物的測定,并結(jié)合病理改變,以探討小腸缺血再灌注后腎損傷的病理機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:大鼠小腸缺血再灌注后,血脂質(zhì)過氧化物明顯升高(P<0.01),同時腎組織勻漿內(nèi)脂質(zhì)過氧物明顯高于對照組(P<0.01)。提示小腸缺血再灌注后腎組織細(xì)胞確有明顯損傷,其中氧自由基對腎組織的破壞可能是腎臟病理生理改變的主要因素。
