為探討膽囊良惡性病變組織中p21、p53及bcl-2癌基因蛋白的表達及其與膽囊癌預(yù)后的關(guān)系,以及在膽囊良惡性病變的鑒別診斷中的作用,采用免疫組織化學ABC法,分別測定了40例膽囊癌及8例膽囊腺瘤型息肉組織中p21、p53及bcl2癌基因蛋白的表達情況。結(jié)果:膽囊癌組織中p21、p53及bcl-2癌基因蛋白表達陽性率分別為52.5%、52.5%和70.0%;在膽囊腺瘤型息肉中3者分別為0%、0%和100%;其中p53蛋白表達陽性率在低分化腺癌中明顯高于高分化腺癌(P<0.01),bcl-2蛋白表達陽性率在低分化腺癌中也明顯低于高分化腺癌(P<0.01)。本實驗結(jié)果提示:p21及p53蛋白表達可能是膽囊癌預(yù)后不良的重要指標,檢測p21、p53及bcl-2蛋白表達情況在膽囊癌與膽囊息肉的鑒別診斷中有一定意義。
