為探討細(xì)胞間粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)和E-選擇素(E-selectin)在急性膽管炎肝微循環(huán)變化中的作用,對(duì)急性膽管炎時(shí)肝臟組織學(xué)、肝臟血流量及肝組織伊文思藍(lán)(EB)含量的變化,以及ICAM-1和E-選擇素單抗預(yù)處理對(duì)以上變化的影響進(jìn)行了觀察。結(jié)果: 急性膽管炎時(shí)肝竇內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞及肝細(xì)胞出現(xiàn)變性和結(jié)構(gòu)破壞,肝竇及肝細(xì)胞周圍多形核粒細(xì)胞(PMN)數(shù)量顯著增多,肝微血管血流量明顯減少,肝組織EB含量顯著增高,肝竇通透性增高;而抗ICAM-1及E-選擇素單抗預(yù)處理使以上損害均明顯減輕。由此表明,ICAM-1及E-選擇素在肝臟微循環(huán)障礙的發(fā)生發(fā)展中起重要作用。
