為觀察乳腺良惡性疾病中微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)的分布以及MVD與乳腺癌腫瘤大小(T)、組織學(xué)分級、雌激素受體水平(ER)及腋淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)系,用Ⅷ因子抗體作病理切片的免疫組織化學(xué)染色,在顯微鏡下進(jìn)行微血管計數(shù)。結(jié)果: 乳腺癌的MVD均值為30.8±19.4個/200倍視野,明顯大于乳腺良性腫瘤的MVD均值(16.09±7.9個/200倍視野),P<0.01; 乳腺癌中,MVD與腫瘤大小、組織學(xué)分級及腋淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P<0.05),而與雌激素受體水平無關(guān)。本實驗結(jié)果提示: 乳腺癌的MVD大于良性乳腺疾病者,可作為判斷乳腺癌患者預(yù)后的指標(biāo)之一。
