采用持續(xù)灌注式測壓系統(tǒng)研究10例胃癌患者全胃切除后Roux-en-Y食管空腸吻合的Roux腸袢運動功能。結(jié)果顯示：大多數(shù)病例Roux腸袢運動表現(xiàn)異常，消化間期缺乏移行性運動綜合波(MMC)，MMCⅢ相活動呈逆行傳播或為非傳播性壓力活動暴發(fā)群等；餐后4例患者消化間期向消化期運動轉(zhuǎn)換障礙，多數(shù)消化運動減弱。本研究結(jié)果提示：全胃切除Roux-en-Y吻合可誘發(fā)Roux腸袢運動紊亂，可能與患者術(shù)后上腹部不適相關(guān)。
