選用Wistar大鼠20只,隨機分為對照組、內(nèi)皮素-1(ET-1)組、ET-1+硝基左旋精氨酸組和ET-1+前列環(huán)素+消炎痛組,每組5只。采用氫氣清除法觀察ET-1對肝血流量的影響以及一氧化氮(NO)和前列環(huán)素(PGI2)對ET-1生物學效應(yīng)的調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)果顯示:ET-1能使肝血流量迅速降低,并且持續(xù)時間較長;NO及PGI2可部分拮抗ET-1的生物學效應(yīng)。表明內(nèi)皮細胞源性血管因子對肝血流量有一定調(diào)節(jié)作用。
