四氯化碳復(fù)制大鼠肝硬變模型,通過大鼠肝臟缺血再灌注損傷模型,比較硬變肝與正常肝在缺血再灌注損傷時的差異和意義。結(jié)果顯示:肝硬變時對缺血再灌注損傷反應(yīng)與正常大鼠不同,再灌注時肝臟一氧化氮合成釋放顯著增加,肝組織ATP含量明顯降低且長時間難以恢復(fù)等,可能是肝硬變時對缺血再灌注損傷更敏感、更易發(fā)生肝功能衰竭的重要原因。
