為探討CD28單克隆抗體在移植免疫中的作用,以混合淋巴細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)和大鼠同種異體甲狀旁腺移植為模型,觀察mAbCD28在體外和體內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)中的作用。結(jié)果:mAbCD28在體外可以抑制淋巴細(xì)胞的增殖,在體內(nèi)可以延長甲狀旁腺移植物的存活時(shí)間。本實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果提示:mAbCD28可以阻斷CD28-B7之間共刺激信號(hào)的傳遞,并在同種異體大鼠甲狀旁腺移植中起到免疫抑制作用。
