對(duì)我院近30年收治的33例周圍靜脈損傷患者的資料進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié)。作者認(rèn)為，周圍靜脈損傷在血管損傷中占有一定的比例，絕大部分靜脈傷都伴有動(dòng)脈傷；靜脈高壓是導(dǎo)致筋膜間綜合征的重要因素，因此結(jié)扎或不修復(fù)損傷的主干靜脈有可能導(dǎo)致筋膜間綜合征；持續(xù)性暗紅色的傷口出血、彌漫性皮下血腫、肢體腫脹及青紫是靜脈損傷的特點(diǎn)；多普勒超聲血管檢查及靜脈造影有助于診斷；對(duì)損傷靜脈宜行靜脈修復(fù)，其修復(fù)方法根據(jù)損傷類型而定，可作側(cè)面修補(bǔ)、補(bǔ)片移植、端端吻合或自體靜脈移植等；靜脈重建后早期可能有血栓形成，但這一并發(fā)癥可以預(yù)防。
