采用自動(dòng)化圖像分析技術(shù)對(duì)47例殘胃黏膜異型增生細(xì)胞核進(jìn)行DNA含量測(cè)定，并與15例無(wú)異型增生和10例殘胃癌標(biāo)本進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果顯示：其DNA含量及細(xì)胞核面、周長(zhǎng)、最大徑和最小徑均隨異型增生程度的加重呈遞增改變(P lt;0.01)，而形狀因子則呈遞減改變(P lt;0.05)；DNA含量直方圖呈規(guī)律性改變，特別是重度異型增生與殘胃癌在生物學(xué)特性方面具相似性。因此，測(cè)定細(xì)胞核DNA含量可為殘胃黏膜異型增生的分級(jí)、隨訪(fǎng)及癌變預(yù)測(cè)提供客觀依據(jù)。
