對阻塞性黃疸模型鼠的心臟、肝臟和腎臟的形態(tài)學(xué)改變及其與膽汁酸血癥的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究，結(jié)果表名，膽道梗阻1~2周，心臟、肝臟和腎臟的形態(tài)學(xué)改變及其與膽汁酸血癥的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明，膽道梗阻1~2周，心臟、肝臟和腎臟細(xì)胞均有線粒體等超微結(jié)構(gòu)改變；管飼膽酸鈉使血清膽汁酸峰濃度接近膽管結(jié)扎2周組的平均濃度時(shí)，上述臟器的細(xì)胞超微結(jié)構(gòu)損害相似。提示膽汁酸滯留是造成阻塞性黃疸全身性損害的因素之一。
