通過(guò)建立左側(cè)結(jié)腸切除再吻合之大鼠模型觀察各種因素在吻合口愈合過(guò)程中所起的作用。結(jié)果提示：左側(cè)結(jié)腸切除吻合術(shù)后第3、4天，吻合口的抗張強(qiáng)度及羥脯氨酸含量降至最低水平，此時(shí)易發(fā)生吻合口漏；抑肽酶、二甲基亞砜、超氧化物歧化酶及維生素A均有促進(jìn)結(jié)腸吻合口早期愈合的作用，維生素A還可以拮氫化考的松延遲結(jié)腸吻合口愈合的作用；圍手術(shù)期化療對(duì)結(jié)腸吻合口早期愈合無(wú)顯著不良影響；左半結(jié)腸完全性梗阻行結(jié)腸一期切除吻合術(shù)，于吻合前行腸減壓及吻合后用抗生素液作腹腔灌洗顯然有利于吻合口早期愈合。
