采用放射免疫法測(cè)定51例胃癌、33例胃良性疾病及8例消化系其它惡性腫瘤患者手術(shù)前后胃液內(nèi)癌胚抗原含量。結(jié)果：胃癌組患者胃液內(nèi)癌胚抗原水平明顯高于其它兩組，本法對(duì)胃癌診斷的敏感性為68.6%，特異性為80.5%。作者認(rèn)為術(shù)前檢測(cè)有助于提高胃癌診斷的正確性，而術(shù)后檢測(cè)對(duì)曾行胃大部切除者已無(wú)臨床意義。
