• 四川大學(xué)華西醫(yī)院血液科（四川成都 610041）;

間質(zhì)性肺炎（IP）是造血干細(xì)胞移植后嚴(yán)重的并發(fā)癥之一，臨床表現(xiàn)缺乏特異性，病情重，死亡率高，直接影響造血干細(xì)胞移植患者的移植后存活率。現(xiàn)對(duì)四川大學(xué)華西醫(yī)院1999~2005年期間110例造血干細(xì)胞移植患者中發(fā)生IP的18例患者臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析，探討其發(fā)病相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素及防治措施
