目的  分析護(hù)理本科生關(guān)愛(ài)能力現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,為護(hù)理本科生關(guān)愛(ài)能力的培養(yǎng)提供依據(jù)。
方法  采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,對(duì) 4 所醫(yī)學(xué)院校護(hù)理系護(hù)理本科生關(guān)愛(ài)能力的現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素進(jìn)行分層抽樣調(diào)查,調(diào)查對(duì)象為 579 名二、三、四年級(jí)護(hù)理本科生。
結(jié)果
  護(hù)理本科生關(guān)愛(ài)能力評(píng)分為 189.72±19.57 分,在各維度中耐心維度得分最高,勇氣維度得分最低。影響護(hù)理本科生關(guān)愛(ài)能力的因素為:① 與母親關(guān)系;② 是否進(jìn)入臨床實(shí)習(xí)。
結(jié)論  關(guān)愛(ài)能力的培養(yǎng)需要學(xué)校、社會(huì)和家庭的共同參與。建議增加臨床實(shí)習(xí)的時(shí)間和機(jī)會(huì)等途徑提高護(hù)理本科生的關(guān)愛(ài)能力。
