• 四川大學(xué)華西醫(yī)院循證醫(yī)學(xué)與臨床流行病學(xué)中心（成都 610041）;

目的 　全面比較、評價當前全球以“循證（Evidence Based）”冠名的醫(yī)學(xué)期刊，為我國同類期刊提高質(zhì)量提供借鑒，為醫(yī)學(xué)工作者和患者獲取高質(zhì)量臨床證據(jù)和了解循證醫(yī)學(xué)期刊概況提供參考。
方法 　檢索PubMed、EMbase、Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory及萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫，收集所有以“Evidence Based”冠名的醫(yī)學(xué)期刊，并各選2006年最后一期內(nèi)容，用文獻計量學(xué)方法進行分析。
結(jié)果 　共納入24種醫(yī)學(xué)期刊，涉及臨床、護理、衛(wèi)生保健等12個學(xué)科；分布于6個國家，涵蓋中、英文兩個語種；期刊辦刊目的、欄目設(shè)置、內(nèi)容等相互之間既有交叉又有區(qū)別。
結(jié)論 　循證醫(yī)學(xué)類期刊的出版，快捷方便地為醫(yī)學(xué)工作者提供了各自領(lǐng)域的最新進展和最佳證據(jù)，節(jié)約了讀者獲取和閱讀信息的時間，并為我國循證醫(yī)學(xué)期刊的發(fā)展提供了有益借鑒。
