目的 　了解葛根素治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床研究現(xiàn)狀,并評價其能否為臨床應(yīng)用提供高質(zhì)量的依據(jù).
方法 　按文內(nèi)所述檢索策略,計算機檢索1966年至2003年10月在國內(nèi)外公開發(fā)表的有關(guān)葛根素治療冠心病心絞痛的所有文獻,并對所納入的文獻按國際臨床流行病學標準進行分析.
結(jié)果 　共檢索到文獻202篇,納入138篇,其中隨機對照研究106篇,但僅有1篇屬高質(zhì)量研究;有對照未隨機分組的研究8篇;無對照的系列病例觀察研究24篇.126篇有診斷標準,10篇有納入標準,3篇為半隨機分配,1篇為雙盲,4篇為單盲,無隨訪研究,117篇報告了不良反應(yīng).
結(jié)論 　目前葛根素治療冠心病心絞痛臨床研究的方法學質(zhì)量尚低,還不能為臨床應(yīng)用提供可靠的依據(jù).
