目的 評(píng)價(jià)芬太尼透皮貼劑（TDF）聯(lián)合積極心理暗示對(duì)中重度癌性疼痛治療的效果。 方法 將2011年1月－8月40例中重度癌性疼痛患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組各20例。對(duì)照組患者采用TDF 50 μg/h治療，貼膜每3天更換一次；觀察組患者在對(duì)照組治療方法基礎(chǔ)上，再聯(lián)合積極心理暗示治療。觀察兩組患者治療前后疼痛改善情況及不良反應(yīng)。 結(jié)果 觀察組患者疼痛及生活質(zhì)量均較對(duì)照組有明顯改善。 結(jié)論 TDF聯(lián)合積極的心理暗示可以減輕患者疼痛程度，并可提高其生活質(zhì)量。
