【摘要】　目的　 總結(jié)膀胱小細(xì)胞癌的診斷及治療。　方法　 2009年8月1例行根治性膀胱切除、回腸代膀胱術(shù)患者經(jīng)病理學(xué)、免疫組織化學(xué)檢查確診為膀胱小細(xì)胞癌?；颊呓邮蹺P治療方案治療。　結(jié)果　 治療4周期后，復(fù)查CT未見轉(zhuǎn)移，無Ⅲ~Ⅳ級毒副反應(yīng)。　結(jié)論　 膀胱小細(xì)胞癌需依靠病理學(xué)及免疫組織化學(xué)檢查確診，治療目前參考小細(xì)胞肺癌治療方案，以化學(xué)療法為主，復(fù)習(xí)文獻(xiàn)得出有無手術(shù)切除并不影響膀胱小細(xì)胞癌患者的預(yù)后，靶向藥物的治療尚需進(jìn)一步研究。
