【摘要】 目的 探討老年高血壓性肥厚型心肌病的臨床特征，以提高其診斷率。 方法 對1999年1月-2009年12月收治11例患者的臨床表現(xiàn)、超聲心動圖檢查和診治經(jīng)過進(jìn)行回顧性分析，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗。 結(jié)果 所有患者均符合老年高血壓性肥厚型心肌病的超聲診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn):顯著的心肌肥厚、左心室縮小、左心室收縮功能超常，舒張功能明顯降低。但臨床表現(xiàn)不一，醫(yī)生對其認(rèn)識不足。 結(jié)論 高血壓病導(dǎo)致心臟受累，直至發(fā)展為高血壓性肥厚型心肌病的病程長，病情隱匿，且患者多合并其他心臟疾病，導(dǎo)致臨床診斷困難，甚至誤診、延誤治療。目前對其治療措施有限，如何早期發(fā)現(xiàn)，早期治療是下一步研究重點。
