目的:研究細(xì)胞間粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)和基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在足月及早產(chǎn)分娩發(fā)動(dòng)前后孕婦子宮下段肌層中的表達(dá),探討ICAM-1和MMP-9在足月及早產(chǎn)分娩中的作用。方法:用免疫組織化學(xué)SP法檢測(cè)ICAM-1和MMP-9在足月及早產(chǎn)分娩發(fā)動(dòng)前后各組孕婦子宮下段肌層中的表達(dá)。結(jié)果:足月及早產(chǎn)分娩發(fā)動(dòng)組中ICAM-1在子宮下段肌層血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞上的表達(dá)均顯著強(qiáng)于分娩未發(fā)動(dòng)組。MMP-9在分娩發(fā)動(dòng)子宮下段間質(zhì)中的表達(dá)也均顯著強(qiáng)于分娩發(fā)動(dòng)前。分娩發(fā)動(dòng)后白細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)間質(zhì)較分娩發(fā)動(dòng)前明顯增加。結(jié)論:ICAM-1和MMP-9在足月及早產(chǎn)分娩發(fā)動(dòng)中顯著增加,它們?cè)诜置浒l(fā)動(dòng)中具有重要作用。早產(chǎn)發(fā)生機(jī)制與足月分娩發(fā)動(dòng)相似,類似于急性炎癥反應(yīng)。
