• 四川大學(xué)華西醫(yī)院骨科，四川成都 610041;

目的：探索肘關(guān)節(jié)恐怖三聯(lián)征的術(shù)后護(hù)理要點(diǎn)。方法：對我科收治的15名肘關(guān)節(jié)恐怖三聯(lián)征行手術(shù)治療的患者施行全面的術(shù)后護(hù)理，并進(jìn)行6個月~ 4年的隨訪。結(jié)果：患者骨折均愈合，肘關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定，功能恢復(fù)滿意，患者生活質(zhì)量滿意度高。結(jié)論：肘關(guān)節(jié)恐怖三聯(lián)征患者經(jīng)過手術(shù)治療和術(shù)后的全面護(hù)理，對促進(jìn)患者的肘關(guān)節(jié)功能康復(fù)、提高患者術(shù)后生活質(zhì)量具有重要意義。
