目的:調(diào)查與評(píng)價(jià)無(wú)癥狀HIV感染者生存質(zhì)量,分析健康教育對(duì)該類(lèi)患者生存質(zhì)量的影響,探討對(duì)無(wú)癥狀HIV感染者進(jìn)行健康教育方法。方法:以世界衛(wèi)生組織生存質(zhì)量測(cè)定量表簡(jiǎn)表(WHOQOL-REF)為評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)20例無(wú)癥狀HIV感染者生存質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),然后對(duì)上述患者進(jìn)行為期6月的健康教育(每月1次)后再次評(píng)價(jià)其生存質(zhì)量,另選取20例健康人群為對(duì)照。結(jié)果:無(wú)癥狀HIV感染者生存質(zhì)量明顯低于健康人群。健康教育后HIV感染者生存質(zhì)量明顯改善。結(jié)論:無(wú)癥狀HIV感染者生存質(zhì)量普遍較低,定期健康教育有助改善該類(lèi)人群生存質(zhì)量,故應(yīng)進(jìn)一步探討對(duì)該類(lèi)人群進(jìn)行健康教育的方法。
