目的:本文通過(guò)研究白介素23受體(IL-23R)基因多態(tài)性與擴(kuò)張型心肌病(DCM)的相關(guān)性,探討DCM患者的免疫遺傳學(xué)發(fā)病機(jī)制. 方法:采用PCR-RFLP方法測(cè)定DCM患者和正常對(duì)照者IL-23R基因rs7517847位點(diǎn)的單核苷酸多態(tài)性. 用卡方檢驗(yàn)比較病例組與對(duì)照組之間基因型頻率和等位基因頻率的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)果:IL-23R基因rs7517847位點(diǎn)單核苷酸多態(tài)基因型和等位基因頻率在DCM組與正常對(duì)照組之間無(wú)差異。結(jié)論:本研究未發(fā)現(xiàn)IL-23R基因rs7517847位點(diǎn)多態(tài)性與DCM相關(guān)。
