目的:探討類風濕關節(jié)炎患者疾病活動與血清中白介素-20(IL-20)水平的關系。方法:用酶標記免疫吸附測定(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)方法檢測60例類風濕關節(jié)炎患者及30例正常對照者外周血血清中IL-20水平。分析IL-20水平與RA發(fā)病和類風濕因子(rheumatoid factor,RF)、C反應蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)、血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)及同期手X光片分期的相關性。結果:活動期類風濕關節(jié)炎患者外周血中IL-0水平明顯高于正常對照組(P lt;0.1)。類風濕關節(jié)炎患者IL.0水平與其RF、CRP、血沉及同期手X光片分期無明顯相關性(P gt;0.)。結論:活動期類風濕關節(jié)炎患者外周血中IL-20平明顯高于正常對照組,但與RF、CRP、血沉及同期手X光片分期無明顯相關性。IL-0可能參與類風濕關節(jié)炎的發(fā)病過程,提示需進一步研究。
