目的 探討Trivex旋切術(shù)治療下肢血栓性淺表靜脈炎的臨床療效。
方法 回顧性分析67例下肢血栓性淺表靜脈炎病例的臨床資料?；颊咝g(shù)前給予丹參治療、下肢靜脈造影等術(shù)前準備； 然后行大隱靜脈主干內(nèi)膜剝脫、用Trivex旋切系統(tǒng)剖吸曲張靜脈和靜脈叢內(nèi)的血栓； 術(shù)后給予低分子肝素抗凝、早期下床活動等處理。
結(jié)果 全部患者的手術(shù)均順利，術(shù)中及術(shù)后無肺栓塞發(fā)生。術(shù)后2例切口Ⅱ期愈合， 65例切口Ⅰ期愈合。所有病例術(shù)后3d均出院，住院時間（5±1） d。15例術(shù)后患肢有瘀斑者隨訪2周均消失； 7例出現(xiàn)內(nèi)踝部麻木感，隨訪6個月消失； 本組患者均獲隨訪6個月，未見復(fù)發(fā)者。
結(jié)論 下肢血栓性靜脈炎早期行以Trivex旋切術(shù)為主的綜合治療，其臨床療效好、住院時間短、創(chuàng)傷小及美容效果好，并可有效防止病情反復(fù)、深靜脈血栓及肺栓塞的發(fā)生，是治療下肢血栓性靜脈炎的有效手段。
