目的 　探討東北地區(qū)遺傳性非息肉病性結(jié)直腸癌（HNPCC）家系腸外腫瘤譜的特點。
方法 　對登記的85個嚴(yán)格符合Amsterdam標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Ⅱ的HNPCC家系腸外腫瘤譜特點進(jìn)行回顧性分析。
結(jié)果 　85個家系中，腫瘤患者509例，原發(fā)癌灶589例次， 其中結(jié)腸癌219例， 直腸癌91例，腸外腫瘤279例，腸外腫瘤最常見為肺癌。
結(jié)論 　腸外腫瘤是HNPCC家系腫瘤譜的重要組成部分，東北地區(qū)常見的腸外腫瘤依次為肺癌、胃癌、子宮內(nèi)膜癌、肝癌和食管癌。
