目的 探討CCR7在甲狀腺乳頭狀微小癌中表達情況及其與甲狀腺乳頭狀微小癌臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。
方法 采用免疫組織化學(xué)S-P法檢測31例甲狀腺乳頭狀微小癌,34例直徑>1cm的甲狀腺乳頭狀癌、34例結(jié)節(jié)性甲狀腺腫以及12例甲狀腺乳頭狀微小癌對側(cè)正常甲狀腺組織中CCR7的表達情況。
結(jié)果 CCR7在甲狀腺乳頭狀微小癌及直徑>1cm甲狀腺乳頭狀癌中的表達陽性率均為100%,其差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>0.05),而在結(jié)節(jié)性甲狀腺腫和正常甲狀腺組織中CCR7的表達陽性率分別為64.7%和33.3%,與甲狀腺乳頭狀微小癌相比差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。CCR7的表達與患者性別、年齡、侵犯甲狀腺被膜及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移均無關(guān)(P>0.05)。
結(jié)論 CCR7的表達在甲狀腺乳頭狀微小癌和直徑>1cm甲狀腺乳頭狀癌中均呈高表達,兩者可能具有相同的生物學(xué)特性,兩者均易發(fā)生頸淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移,均需要進行頸淋巴結(jié)(中央?yún)^(qū))清掃。
