• 福建醫(yī)科大學附屬協(xié)和醫(yī)院結直腸外科（福建福州　350000）;

目的 　對比分析腹腔鏡與開腹低位保肛手術的預后。
方法 　對國內(nèi)外有關腹腔鏡與開腹低位保肛手術預后比較的文獻進行綜述。
結果 　腹腔鏡直腸癌低位保肛手術與傳統(tǒng)開腹手術比較并不增加局部復發(fā)率及遠處轉(zhuǎn)移率。
結論 　腹腔鏡低位直腸癌保肛手術的安全性、可行性以及長期預后尚需更多隨機對照的臨床試驗以及更多的循證醫(yī)學證據(jù)來驗證。
