目的 研究生長激素受體(GHR)在人胃癌組織中的表達(dá)情況。
方法 采用免疫組織化學(xué)法檢測57例胃癌標(biāo)本及其遠(yuǎn)端正常組織中GHR的表達(dá)。
結(jié)果 胃癌組織中GHR表達(dá)陽性率為80.7%(46/57),遠(yuǎn)斷端正常組織中GHR表達(dá)陽性率為70.2%(40/57),兩者比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P gt;0.05)。胃癌組織中GHR的表達(dá)與腫瘤分化程度、組織學(xué)類型、性別和年齡均無關(guān)(P gt;0.05)。
結(jié)論 胃癌組織和遠(yuǎn)端正常組織中GHR的表達(dá)基本一致。
