【摘要】目的 探討白細(xì)胞激活及炎癥反應(yīng)在慢性靜脈功能不全中的作用。方法 查閱國內(nèi)、外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)并進(jìn)行綜述。結(jié)果 白細(xì)胞激活及炎癥反應(yīng)參與靜脈壁和瓣膜重塑,導(dǎo)致靜脈瓣膜功能不全及靜脈曲張的形成。結(jié)論 白細(xì)胞激活及由此引起的炎癥反應(yīng)在慢性靜脈功能不全的發(fā)生、發(fā)展中起重要作用。
