目的 探討抑癌基因 Lumican mRNA在胃癌組織中的表達及其在胃癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展中的意義。
方法 采用逆轉錄聚合酶鏈反應(RT-PCR)方法檢測66例胃癌組織及其相應的近癌旁組織及正常組織中Lumican mRNA的表達,并分析胃癌組織中Lumican mRNA表達與其臨床病理特征的關系。
結果 Lumican mRNA在胃癌組織、近癌旁組織及正常組織中的表達缺失率分別為42.4%(28/66)、15.2%(10/66)及0(0/66)。有淋巴結轉移者胃癌組織中Lumican mRNA表達缺失率(61.1%)明顯高于無淋巴結轉移者(20.0%),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=11.323,P=0.001); 晚期(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)胃癌組織中Lumican mRNA表達缺失率(61.5%)明顯高于早期(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期,30.0%),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=6.417,P=0.011; 胃癌組織中Lumican mRNA表達缺失與腫瘤分化程度無關(χ2=1.576,P=0.455)。
結論 Lumican mRNA表達缺失可能在胃癌的發(fā)生和發(fā)展過程中起重要作用, 并影響其預后。
