【摘要】目的 探討原發(fā)性肝癌肝移植圍手術期治療的現(xiàn)狀及研究進展。
方法采用文獻回顧的方法對原發(fā)性肝癌肝移植圍手術期治療的現(xiàn)狀及研究進展進行綜述。
結果原發(fā)性肝癌肝移植圍手術期治療的方法包括： 肝動脈栓塞化療、全身化療、放療、瘤內無水乙醇注射以及射頻毀損等。
結論原發(fā)性肝癌肝移植圍手術期輔助治療不僅為肝移植患者贏得了手術時間，而且明顯提高術后生存率。
