【摘要】目的 探討原發(fā)性肝癌肝移植圍手術(shù)期治療的現(xiàn)狀及研究進(jìn)展。
方法采用文獻(xiàn)回顧的方法對(duì)原發(fā)性肝癌肝移植圍手術(shù)期治療的現(xiàn)狀及研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
結(jié)果原發(fā)性肝癌肝移植圍手術(shù)期治療的方法包括： 肝動(dòng)脈栓塞化療、全身化療、放療、瘤內(nèi)無水乙醇注射以及射頻毀損等。
結(jié)論原發(fā)性肝癌肝移植圍手術(shù)期輔助治療不僅為肝移植患者贏得了手術(shù)時(shí)間，而且明顯提高術(shù)后生存率。
