目的 探討臨床肝移植過程中離體供肝低溫保存—再灌注損傷與肝細胞凋亡的關系。
方法 采用細胞凋亡原位末端標記法并結合電鏡觀察,檢測低溫保存時間分別為0、3、6、9小時的4組兔肝臟在低溫保存—再灌注過程中肝細胞凋亡發(fā)生情況。
結果 在低溫保存后的再灌注期間,4組動物的肝組織內均可見明顯的肝實質細胞凋亡現(xiàn)象,而且低溫保存時間越長的肝臟,其再灌注后產生的肝實質凋亡細胞數(shù)量越多; 但各組肝臟于低溫保存末,其組織內則未見或僅偶見肝實質細胞凋亡現(xiàn)象。
結論 肝實質細胞凋亡顯著參與了肝臟低溫保存—再灌注損傷過程。
